 PDCA
Accreditation, your
Degree in Painting and Decorating Contracting
The purpose of Accreditation is to provide appropriate recognition of
qualified painting and decorating contractors and their companies.
Accredited companies will distinguish themselves by the virtue of meeting
certain qualifications and abiding by industry good practices as defined by
their peers.
Accreditation is a professional designation of excellence.
PDCA’s “Diploma” is Accreditation which has been carefully crafted so that
it encompasses every facet of the business of painting and decorating
contracting. The purpose of Accreditation is to provide contractors a way to
separate themselves and their companies from others in the field.
Professional and industry designations are a proven means to create that
degree of separation so important in a competitive environment.
PDCA has determined that the best means to serve member professional
interests is to create a PDCA Company Accreditation Program. The PDCA
Company Accreditation program includes an educational component. All
companies that bear the PDCA Accreditation symbol will have demonstrated
excellence in company management, as well as, a passion for continuing
education.
Everyone wants to have choices that fit into their busy schedules of work,
family obligations and needed leisure time. PDCA has structured Contractor
College to be both the most valuable knowledge resource available and to
afford contractors maximum flexibility to attain needed knowledge, the most
important ingredient in building a high performance contracting business.
